A Heart of Gratitude As We Reflect on The Cross!

Subscribe to Newsletter

The word of God teaches us that, Christ  is the source of all our blessings in Romans 11:36, “For from him and through him and for him are all things.” “All things” encompasses both the “luxuries” and the “average”, everyday gifts in our lives. Everything we receive in life comes directly from our heavenly Father (James 1:17), and He willingly gives us those gifts out of His love for us.

It is very important to cultivate a greater sense or attitude of gratitude, not just because of the material blessings.

It is very important especially as we reflect on what Christ did on the cross at Calvary.

Isaiah 53:5 New International Version (NIV)

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Todays Prayer:

Dear Lord, Thank You for blessing me in more ways than I can count. Thank You for Your love for me and that you would die for me.

James 1:17 New King James Version (NKJV)

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
