Core Wellness4u with Cori Banks-Eastmond

Health, INSPIRATION

Cori Banks-Eastmond is a name that should be very familiar to most people, especially women. She is not only a Christian with a passion for the well-being of people, she has a vision to empower, equip and inspire women to live a well balanced lifestyle, by helping them to identify with who they are and live their best life through her movement and brand Core Wellness4u.

We caught up with her and she said;

“What I’m doing now is spreading the word from city to city encouraging women to “Be Strong & Courageous. It’s my “Be Strong & Courageous Women Table Talk Tour” based on Joshua 1:9 that’s meant to help women identify with their fears and overcome them, as well as have the courage to share their stories.”

The tour date for table talk was launched in New York on March 31st and if you were there then you know it was an amazing event. Cori shared her story, of sexual abuse and it encouraged and gave a guest the opportunity to share that the same thing had happened to her as well.

Cori hosted her first Empowering Women to Healthy Living Event in Calabasas California, where she had celebrity fitness experts and celebrity guest. They shared the importance of living a healthy lifestyle as she gave tips on self-care and healthy eating.

Cori has been to Atlanta and most recently California on June 9th for the last leg of the table talk tour, until the fall.  In the fall she will be in Washington DC, Connecticut, New York and Boston. We will soon catch up with her again to find out the dates she will be in those cities.

Cori has an upcoming event on August 25th and this will be the 2nd Annual Empowering Women to Healthy Living Event that will be held in Calabasas. She will also be hosting the Be Well + Live Well Retreat in November and dates are to be confirmed.

Core Wellness4u is a movement that is growing from strength to strength and it is here to stay. Cori and her team have lots of exciting things brewing and we personally can’t wait to share more with you.
