Put your Hope in the Lord, Not Man.

What is your favorite song? How did that song become your favorite? Most likely, one day you heard it play on the radio or maybe even at church and decided to purchase it because it was that good.

Isn’t it funny how humans try to over-complicate God? Our getting to know God relationship doesn’t have to be a maze. The same way you had to possibly take a bold move and try and different things in life, it is similar with getting to know God. To really get to know Him, you’ve got to try Him. Obviously, you can’t try God like you would try food, but you can get to know Him. You can pray, read your Bible, listen to teachings or preaching’s that will uplift you, correct you and most importantly help you grow.

The closer you get to God the more you realise that you can trust Him. God isn’t up one day and down the next. He doesn’t have days when He likes you and days when He doesn’t. God is always the same.

Malachi 3:6 – For I [am] the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

He’s faithful, and as you get to know Him, you begin to trust Him more.

Therefore, remember to always trust and hope in the Lord.
