Psalm 13:1 How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? 2 How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me?

I love to keep it honest, just like you I am human and sometimes I have down days where I wake up feeling weary with tears in my eyes. However every time I start feeling down and forgotten this song my grandmother loves and sang to us when were were children always rings in my heart….

“Precious Lord, take my hand,
Lead me on, let me stand,
I am tired, I am weak, I am worn;
Through the storm, through the night,
Lead me on to the light: Thomas A. Dorsey, 1932.”

I know psalm 13:1-2 may be the questions some of you are asking God today, but I just want you to know that God loves you so so much and has not forgotten you. The bible says that though weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

 “Surely these shall come from afar; Look!  Those from the North and the West, and these from the land of Sinim.”  Sing, O heavens!  Be joyful, O earth!  Break out in singing, O mountains!  For the LORD has comforted His people, and will have mercy on His afflicted.  But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, and my Lord has forgotten me.”  “Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb?  Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.  See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me.  Your sons shall make haste; your destroyers and those who laid you waste shall go away from you.”  Isaiah 49:12-17

You can rest assured the enemy will not triumph over you. You serve a Mighty God, whose eyes are on the righteous. Have a blessed day!

God bless you
