Obedience – Fortify Your Walls-Borders

Spread the love

Lack of Obedience will cause many to feel the hard impact of the great shaking that is coming.

A great SHAKING is coming sooner than you think and now’s the time to fortify your walls.

Fortified walls/borders are strong and secure.

Therefore it is very  important that in this very moment you are prepared and ready.

One small breach is all it takes for you to be devoured by the enemy.

Picture a family living in the wild lands without a fortified fence around their borders.

Wild animals can easily penetrate the breaches of that fence.

In the same way the great shaking will affect many via those breaches.

The shaking will be so great that even those who are fortified will feel its trembles.

However, those who are truly  OF GOD will remain standing. Sadly, many will fall away.

God told Jeremiah, “Today I have made you strong like a fortified city that cannot be captured” (Jeremiah 1:18).

God is saying the same thing to you today and your obedience matters.

It’s time to put a stop to the enemy sneaking through the small, broken areas of your life, and shut him out for good.

It’s time to fortify your borders and keep the devil out—not only during a crisis, but every day.

There is a CRISIS coming to the land. A time of intense difficulty and danger.

Therefore it is time for you and your families to come to a round table and important decisions must be made.

A disturbance so great is coming that will impact our way of life.

Many will be impacted financially, psychologically, socially, emotionally and physically.

In short, we are in a year, time and season that will not be kind to anyone.

Importantly, it is time to make sure you are not willingly living in an unpleasing way to God.

Accordingly, stay as close to God as possible and hidden in His word.

Open your eyes and see how all nations will feel the impact of what is coming.

No one should deceive you and tell you its not that serious, It is very serious and imminent.

Trying times of significant challenges and hardships are coming and your faith will be tested.

As a result of this testing, there will be those who give over and succumb to fear.

In addition, these moments will test your resilience, patience, and even your very core.

Cling to Jesus, do not falter and be careful who you lend your ears to.

Be centred in the Father, so that you find rest even in the midst of the chaos.

In God alone my soul finds rest, for my deliverance comes from God, who alone is my rock, my salvation, my fortress: I will never be shaken. Psalm 62:1

Do not allow yourself to be shaken, but you will be if you are not firmly planted.

Have the roots [of your being] firmly and deeply planted [in Him, fixed and founded in Him], being continually built up in Him, becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and abounding and overflowing in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:7

Undoubtedly, this is no longer the time to take chances.

Noah didn’t take chances, he chose obedience and moved when God commanded him to move.

He was building that ark in accordance with Gods leading.

In this season, God is commanding some of you to move, do not stay put and get swallowed up.

Some of you have been swallowed up because you didn’t listen when God initially spoke.

Repent and pay attention to His voice. Get ready to move fast at his command and live as those made alive in Christ.

Obedience is essential in these times.

Some of you are so obsessed with the culture that the word of God means nothing to you.

You worship celebrity alters and have made them your God.

Yet, God is sending his select mouth piece in this season, but you wait for the news to tell you a shaking is coming.

The watchmen God has set on the towers are sounding the alarm, but are you listening?

The alarm has been sounded, a forewarning has been sent.

Do not be a dead man walking, wake up and stay ready like the wise virgins.

1 Samuel 15:22-23Samuel said, “Has the LORD as great a delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices As in obedience to the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed [is better] than the fat of rams.

Obedience is better than sacrifice, therefore take heed today and fortify your borders before the shaking;

  1. Fortify the Borders Around Your Faith and Spiritual Life
  2. Fortify the Borders Around Your Physical Body

  3. Fortify the Borders Around Your Marriage and Family

Do you have a strong spiritual fortress around you, or are there holes in your borders?

Be intentional in your every decision as you navigate this season.

The Bible speaks of fortified cities as those intentionally built to prevent enemies from overtaking them.

If there are holes or breaches in the walls of your city, attend to them and fill them leaving no gaps.

Fight for your families, your church and your city.

Nehemiah 8:10 says, “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” That’s not only spiritual, mental and emotional strength, but physical strength, as well.

When all is said and done, your Faith will be challenged during these crisis and it will not be easy.

That’s why, when Peter had denied Jesus and would go on to face more trials, Jesus told Peter that He prayed one simple prayer for him—

“that your faith may not fail you” (Luke 22:32).

To conclude, remember that though we are in this world, Keep yourself separated from the world.

Don’t let the media, television, friends or family talk you into abandoning what you know is true.

Keep the Word of God going in your ears all the time.

I have previously emphasized in other blogs be mindful whom you lend your ears to. Don’t confuse yourself with doctrines of devils.

Choose your friends wisely. Who you spend time with matters. The wise walk with the wise.

Therefore, spend time with people who are full of faith, and it will fortify your own faith.

Don’t spend your time around mockers and scoffers.

Last but not least, remember Praise is a powerful weapon, Praise God Every Day.

When you praise God, you fortify your faith and loose His presence into your situation.

God bless you
