Get ready to be separated in this season.
Because, some of you have come to a pivotal point in your life and not everyone can go where God is taking you.
You are spiritually awakened and therefore hearkening to the spirit of God in this time and season.
Hence why you hear the whispers from God indicating that its time for a significant shift in your life.
God has been signalling softly, for a while now and maybe some of you have even wrestled with His Voice.
But, he is speaking and alerting you, letting you know its time to leave soon.
This leave is not just a physical relocation, but there is a necessary spiritual relocation that needs to take place.
Some of you have been stuck in the hurt and pain of betrayal and simply found it hard to move along.
The scars you carry are so deep within. However, in this season God is saying get ready to be separated.
It is time to leave old battles that have held you captive and confined behind and step into Gods purpose.
There is a future for you ripe with purpose and divine intention.
Therefore step-away from that place of stagnation that wants to hold you bound.
In fact it is time for you to take that leap and make that jump boldly into Gods plans for your life.
Ultimately, allow Him to direct you in the right path and away from the norm you have been used to.
Remember, that not everyone will come with you. You will leave some family and friends behind.
Importantly, it will not be easy to leave what you have grown accustomed to so far but you have to understand not everyone can make that transition with you.
It is not because God does not love them or want them to come with you, unfortunately some people are stubborn and will not get your level of maturity any time soon.
As a result of their stubbornness, sadly they will have to not come into this next season.
Equally there will be those likened to the story of Ruth and Naomi, lets quickly remind ourselves of this beautiful story;
The Book of Ruth tells us that Ruth and Orpah, two women of Moab, had married two sons of Elimelech and Naomi, Judeans who had settled in Moab to escape a famine in Judah. The husbands of all three women die; Naomi plans to return to her native Bethlehem and urges her daughters-in-law to return to their families. Orpah does so, but Ruth refuses to leave Naomi, declaring (Ruth 1:16–17), “Where you go, I will go; where you lodge, I will lodge; your people shall be my people, and your God my God. Where you die, I will die—there will I be buried.” Ruth accompanies Naomi to Bethlehem and later marries Boaz, a distant relative of her late father-in-law. She is a symbol of abiding loyalty and devotion
Orpah chose to be separated from Naomi and therefore returned to her people. Ruth on the other didn’t let go.
Similarly, when you tell some friends and family the new direction God is about to take you in.
You will quickly notice those who are ready to move fast with you because their discernment is heightened.
At the same time, there will be those who are not ready to go with you.
In this case of Ruth and Orpah, we learn the beauty of seeing beyond the immediate.
Due to Ruth’s abiding loyalty, she walked with Naomi into a promising and fulfilling future. The road ahead for her was blessed.
Comparable to Orpah, there are those who don’t like or want to change and will hang on to the past.
These people will not experience this new shift that requires a readiness to step into the unknown.
Uncharted territories, require bravery due to the unfamiliar big changes you are about to step into.
Therefore get ready to be separated and leave many familiar things behind.
It is clear that people walked away from you, and yes they betrayed you in unimaginable ways, but God says let Go.
Sometimes, some people or things do not fit with Gods big plan for our lives but we hang on.
Consequently, we are dragged down and wonder why we cant attain what God has promised.
It is tough to let go of the people we love so dearly even when we know they are not a part of our next chapter.
But, we need to learn to let go! Those who are to continue with us, will continue with us.
However, it is very important to identify who and what aligns with Gods plan and purpose for our lives.
Coming up higher to Gods purpose and calling for ones life is a painful process just as a snake sheds old skin.
After a snake sheds old skin, it shines, and so will you flourish in this new place God calling you to.
Heed Gods call that you feel and hear in the depths of your soul and embrace the new thing God is doing.
Be deeply anchored in the word and cultivate your prayer life like never before as you step into the new.
